I cannot say enough great things about A Brighter Outlook! A neighbor who has been using them for years (on three different homes) recommended them to me, and I am so glad we called them. Rick was incredibly responsive to my request for information, came out right away to do a walk-through, and gave us a very reasonable estimate for cleaning all the windows in our 4-story townhome. His team was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning our windows – we were amazed when we saw how much brighter our home was after they were finished. Our windows have never been cleaner, and I will absolutely keep using this company and would recommend anyone else do the same.

Rick at A Brighter Outlook did a great job washing the exterior of all of the windows of our home. He was very responsive to my original request and scheduling with him was easy. He showed up on time, did a great job and charged exactly what I had been told. I would definitely hire him again.
